Refund & Returns Policy

At TopVogue, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the same condition as received. If the item was supplied with tags or original packaging, these should be included where possible.

To start a return, please contact us at anypack40@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at anypack40@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the matter and offer a suitable solution, which may include a refund, replacement, or return label where appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items must be returned clean and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns where items show signs of wear, washing, stains, odour, damage, or use.
