Welcome to TopVogue Shop. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our online store, place an order, or purchase products from us through our Shopify store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Store Information

This online store is operated through Shopify.

For the soft launch, we currently sell and deliver to customers within the United Kingdom only.

2. Products

We sell baby and children’s clothing, accessories and related items. Some items may be new, while others may be pre-loved, used or in like-new condition. The condition of each item will be described as honestly and clearly as possible in the product listing.

Product colours, measurements and details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings or normal manufacturing differences.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment is taken securely through Shopify checkout and available payment providers.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, delivery details are incorrect, or there has been an obvious pricing or product error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

UK delivery only for the soft launch. International delivery is not available at this stage. Delivery prices and estimated times are shown at checkout.
