Returns

If you are buying online as a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Returned items should be unworn, unused, clean and in the same condition as received, with tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Pre-loved items

Some items may be pre-loved or used. Any visible signs of wear will be described in the product listing where possible. Normal signs of use on clearly described pre-loved items are not usually treated as faults.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process any refund due to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
